Logan Airport limousine and sedan pick up locations:
Logan Airport: Each terminal has its own designated waiting area. Massport does not allow chauffeurs to leave their vehicles unattended while waiting for their clients to disembark from their respective airlines. Follow the signs to the “Baggage Claim Area” if you have checked luggage and from there please follow the directions below to the designated limousine stands which are marked with yellow bands. Please note signs stating “Ground Transportation” do not direct you to the limousine stands. Massport regulations do NOT allow vehicles to wait more then 10 minutes at any given time in Terminals B and C. To avoid drivers being sent back to the limo pool from the terminal or large fines ACL has a will-call policy. Call ACL when you have exited the plane for us to dispatch your vehicle from the pool if you have no checked bags. If you have checked bags, please call once you have retrieved all bags, then the vehicle will be dispatched to the terminal.
Terminal A: Alaska Airlines Delta (except int’l arrivals) Northwest/KLM (except
Continental Delta Shuttle (LaGuardia) int’l arrivals)
Proceed out of terminal on ground level through baggage claim. The limo stand/parking area is located at the 4th island straight out from the terminal.
Terminal B: Air Canada/Air Canada Jazz Midwest US Airways Express & American (except int’l arrivals) Spirit Air Shuttle (LAG & DC) American Eagle US Airways Virgin America
If no luggage, proceed out of the terminal on the Second Level*, turn right and walk to the end of the walkway for US Air side, turn left for American side.
If luggage, proceed downstairs to collect all luggage, then exit the terminal on the Second Level*, for curbside pickup.
Terminal C: Air Tran JetBlue (except Int’l arrivals) United
Cape Air Sun Country United Express
If no luggage, proceed out of the terminal on the Second Level*, exit straight across to island.
If luggage, proceed downstairs to collect all luggage, then upstairs and exit the terminal on the Second Level*, straight across to island. Parties of 4 or more in a van are to be picked up outside Baggage Claim in shared van area. SUV’s and limos will follow normal pickup procedures.
Terminal E: Aer Lingus Finnair Porter Airlines Air France Iberia SATA (Azores Express)
Alitalia Icelandair Southwest
American (int’l arr.) JetBlue (int’l arr.) Swiss
British Airways Lufthansa TACV
Charters (most) Northwest/KLM (int’l arr.) Virgin Atlantic
Proceed out of the terminal. Take cross walk at the exit to the left. Cross the street to the parking area.
